British Council's commitment to increase cooperation with Tunisia, insisting in this regard on the importance of the use of new communication technologies.
The racket was busted after the

The launch of the state-of-the-art offices comes as the
British Council celebrates its 40th anniversary of cultural relations in Dubai and a just a week before the
British Council marks its 75th anniversary worldwide.
The lost disc contained sensitive personal data relating to the trade union membership of more than 2,000
British Council employees.
The
British Council is a semi-official organization that provides English language lessons, promotes cultural exchanges and aids foreign students seeking admission to British universities.
The council said it had "no choice" but to act after the authorities summoned most of its 16 local staff for "interviews" in December and "suggested to them that they should resign from their posts at the
British Council."
But he made clear that the "attacks" on the
British Council were linked to the death of Alexander Litvinenko.
The note, signed by artists including David Hockney, Lucian Freud, Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin, says the
British Council is planning a radical shake-up of its activities that could include scrapping its long-established arts departments.
