Pledged revenues consist of tax increment revenues generated within the
redevelopment area, appropriated by the taxing authorities, the city of Orlando and Orange County, and received by the community redevelopment agency (CRA) for deposit in the revenue account.

The creation of the Bank Street
Redevelopment Area, by the City of White Plains, allowed LCOR to develop the northern portion of the
