American basketball coach. One of the winningest coaches of all time, he led the Boston Celtics to 9 NBA championships, including 8 in a row between 1959 and 1966. As a team executive for most of the next 40 years, he oversaw teams that won 7 additional championships.

I must not fail to own the great pleasure that I have had in some of the stories of Auerbach.
