Conversion disorder (CD) is essentially a psychogenic condition with symptoms that cannot be traced to an identifiable
organic disorder and are incompatible with known anatomy and physiology [1].
Organic disorder, delirium tremens, and substance-induced psychotic disorders were positively related to remission.
LBP may be associated with pure
organic disorder or may appear to be a condition where there is no identifiable organic pathology except for the symptom of LBP which is equally disabling like that of the one with organic pathology.
