For week two of our fourweek brunch series I've made a weekend favourite with my kids - ricotta pancakes with whipped

A signature warm
maple butter dip served alongside made it an absolute lip-smacking affair in every sense.
My favourite pick was a warm dessert, blueberry and yuzu (a tangy Japanese citrus) pancakes with yuzu whipped cream and
maple butter. The pancakes were crispy around the edges and fluffy inside, with a slick of salty-sweet butter.
Also, a gluten-free bakery had a stand there at times, along with a local maple syrup producer who made
maple butter and maple candy.
