Trade and Manufacturing are the most promising sectors in terms of
employment planning. The situation was different from what businesses expected in the previous survey.
After detailed discussions, the session came up with a number of decisions, represented in approving the proposal presented by the Human Resources Development Committee on "Revising Policies and Laws of Omanization and
Employment Planning in the Public and Private Sectors' Agencies".
The event was supervised by Fatma bint Muhammad Kamal, in charge of
employment planning and graduates.
