During his four-day official visit to Pakistan, the
IAEA high official also inaugurated a three-day workshop on 'nuclear knowledge management' at PIEAS University, Islamabad, where he delivered lecture to the faculty and students, a PAEC press release said on Friday.
According to a spokesman for the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC), Shahid Riaz Khan, the
IAEA elects 11 new members of the BoG every year for two-year term.
Out of its 170 members, the board comprises of 35 out of which 11 are elected for a two-year yearm to the
IAEA's board of governors every two years.
It also aimed to introduce relevant requirements and guidance in the
IAEA Safety Standards or record keeping of occupational radiation exposure, exchange experiences and discuss the issues on NDR in the region as well as promote the use of available software for NDR.
To support Tajikistan's efforts to ensure greater access to treatment, the
IAEA recently launched a new, four-year
IAEA national TC project to help establish a regional radiotherapy service in the northern Sughd region and enhance radiotherapy services in Dushanbe.

IAEA in areas of nuclear power, industrial application of nuclear techniques, non-destructive testing, food and agriculture, soil improvement, radiation induced mutation, radiation oncology and nuclear medicines, and environmental protection.

He said that the
IAEA once again underlined that Iran fully abides by
IAEA rules and regulations and has not violated the body's regulations.
Of course it is also possible that Iran may not wait, and instead may test the resolve of the other JCPOA parties and the
IAEA to rigorously implement the agreement.
