This release updates the added glyphs by using Nerd Fonts `v2.3.3`.

Apart from new icons we get the complete Material Design Icons in its
own codepoint region (`F0000` ...).
The old Material Design Icons (at codepoints `F500` - `FD46` will be
dropped with the next Nerd Fonts release, maybe you should switch
already the codepoints you use.

This will enable the Arabic and other glyphs their rightful place.

This release updates the added glyphs by using Nerd Fonts `v2.2.2`.

For example the complete Codicon set is added.
Some other, more technical ascpects are also fixed.

Bump Delugia version to v2111.01

Fix font grouping in typographically aware applications
like the Windows font chooser.

I.e. 'dump' applications have the standard group of four
(regular, bold, italic, bold italic) and another of two
(light, light italic).
The other show all 6 in one group.

Fix MS-Windows console apps not recognizing the Mono-fonts as monospaced
(and thus not showing them)

This release just fixes the version information embedded in the font
